Really, there’s not much you can do. You can try to burn your body’s fat stores, but women tend to lose fat from their faces and breasts before waists and legs start to give up their fat. Bench presses, chest flyes and pushups will do a little for your pectoral/chest muscles, and there’s always the really creepy option of a boob job, but apart from that, you can’t spot reduce fat, and you really, really, really can’t spot reduce fat and have it grow somewhere else. It’s like driving a car. You fill the tank up, you drive it, you burn fuel. You can’t burn fuel from the bottom half of the fuel tank while keeping the fuel in the top, and you definitely can’t burn fuel from the bottom half of the tank while pouring it into the top!
